Sutton Foster is an award-winning actor, singer and dancer who has been featured in eleven Broadway shows, including the revival of Violet - and originated characters in Broadway performances that include The Drowsy Chaperone, Little Women, Young Frankenstein, Shrek The Musical, and her Tony Award-winning performances on Anything Goes and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Star Search was her first television appearance when she was just the age of fifteen. She then appeared in Bunheads as well as Psych as well as Johnny and the Sprites and Flight of the Conchords. Sutton Foster, a solo artist has performed across the nation and abroad together with Michael Rafter. Her songs include "Wish", "An Evening with Sutton Foster - Live at Cafe Carlyle" (her sequel CD) in addition to "Anevening with Sutton Foster - Live at Joe's Pub". Ball State University awarded her an Honorary Degree in 2011, and she continues to advise and teach in the Department of Theatre and Dance. In March of 2015, she started acting as "Younger" on TVLand the new TV show developed by Darren Star.
