Jazmine Sullivan

JazmineJazmine Marie (b. 9 April 1987), is an American R&B/soul singer. The native of Philadelphia The album that she debuted on, Fearless was released in the year 2008. It was a top hit on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts and was also certified platinum by Recording Industry Association of America. It spawned four singles, which included "Need U Good" and "Bust Your Windows" that both had a place in the top forty on the Billboard Hot 100 chart; The latter was Sullivan's debut and only number one on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs chart. Sullivan continued to release her second studio album, Love Me Back, released in 2010 and well-received by reviewers. After a hiatus of nearly three decades, Sullivan signed with RCA Records. In 2015, she released Reality Show, her first studio album. It was the first to reach number 1 on the Top R&B Albums Charts. In 2021, she debuted the critically-acclaimed EP Heaux Tales which has the track "Pick Up Your emotions". Sullivan has won two Grammy Awards, a Billboard Women in Music Award, two Soul Train Music Awards, three NAACP Image Awards, and two BET Awards during the course of her career. Time has named her one of the 100 most influential people in 2022.
