Alexandra has appeared in over 100 feature films as well as TV shows, mostly in the role of the second or first female leading character. She is internationally recognized for her five-year run as the lead as Lt. Stephanie Holden in the show Baywatch. Alexandra operates her own business with a focus on wellness. Alexandra is a health coach, who talks and coaches clients on telephones around the world. She also gives presentations about changing your habits and living a healthier and happier lifestyle. Alexandra was a part of three films this year: Escaping My Stalker (2019), Pink Skies Ahead (2019) as well as The Estate.
